Trilogie de la Mémoire
Collection · Series
About
In this trilogy, Mauro Paccagnella and Alessandro Bernardeschi, dancers and choreographers with histories as similar as they are distant, have constructed a scenic grammar in which the body becomes the repository of a memory that is both individual and collective. By reconciling lightness and gravity, the creations of the trilogy give us the opportunity to feel and think about the need to reinvest the narratives of the past in order to better invent our awareness of self and other in the present. A bromance composed in the tone of an Italianity that declines at the time of the Red Brigades, Pasolini, Italian Communism and an increasingly insistent need for insurrection.
