After Words

Taking as its starting point a conversation between journalist Claire Parnet and philosopher Gilles Deleuze, "After Words" takes the form of a theatrical documentary combining pop philosophy, dance and video art. Two performers and a musician are invited to create bridges, to elaborate a common ground of experience. They move, clash, slide from one situation to another, telling as much as they embody. Isabella Soupart questions notions of limits, territory and animality, drawing in particular on the conceptual art of Fluxus. After Words is a live version of the film "Words".
