Appendices #1-4 is an editorial series by Mette Edvardsen, Léa Poiré and Victoria Pérez Royo from the project "Le temps s'est endormi dans le soleil de l'après-midi". For a two-year residency at the Laboratoires d'Aubervilliers (2022-23), they came together in a small working group, shaping the working process, hosting presentation formats and producing this series of publications on paper in the form of cahiers. This first cahier, le geste de l'écriture, contains a collection of commissioned texts and contributions created for this context, selected documents and traces of working sessions and meetings organized during the residency period, texts read together and republished for this occasion, a collection of references, notes in progress, unfinished thoughts and flying fragments - on paper, between pages.
