Black Out

This piece is the first in a series called Dispositifs - before "NEONS Never Ever", "Oh! Noisy Shadows" and "Vacuum" - in which a visual idea is the starting point for creation. In "Black Out", Philippe Saire bears witness to his long-standing attachment to drawing. On a floor covered with thousands of fragments of black material, a female dancer and two male dancers trace and compose a plastic work within the choreography. The audience witnesses a work in progress producing images imbued with darkness, touching on the intimate sphere, our dark side.
