Twenty retired people from Marseille meet on one of the most prestigious theater stages in Paris. Nurses, housewives, teachers or doctors, aged from 60 to 87 and without any choreographic experience, they interpret Stravinsky's masterpiece The Rite of Spring. The result of 7 years of work with choreographer Thierry Thieû Niang, the show has been applauded throughout France. The documentary collects the testimonies of the participants who explain how the project enriched their lives, liberating them, giving them back their faith in themselves and bringing a little spring into their autumn. The film traces this extraordinary human journey to its culmination.
