The four performers are four choreographic entities that propagate, confront, amplify and interpenetrate each other in an abstract environment, a kind of refuge for a disoriented humanity. Like the instruments of the string quartet, each of them has its own frequency, its own amplitude. Yet it is from this structural rigor that the most primary human behaviors are born, when listening to and in contact with the other: desire, conquest, violence, seduction. The universal becomes intimate; the timeless, ephemeral; the abstract simply human.
