From B to B

From B to B proposes a collaboration between Thomas Hauert and the Catalan choreographer Angels Margarit. From B to B, from B to B, evokes a journey from Brussels to Barcelona, but also the point b. that at the time of the meeting each of the two artists had reached through his singular path from point a. of a hypothetical blank page. The performance raises the question of translation, a filter inevitably placed on all modes of communication. The language that unites (and separates) the two creators becomes the third protagonist of the piece alongside the two creators. One could say that the main theme of From B to B is communication: the will to go towards the other, to understand him and to share his world. Or the impossibility of doing so.
