In a tried and tested sector, there is a growing need for caring relationships and closer ties. There are already ways of doing this available to players in the performing arts, and feedback on artistic work is one of them. There is certainly much to be gained from developing your practice and enriching your methods. The Guide du was born out of the recurring difficulty of giving and receiving feedback on artistic work. Conceived as a handbook, it is an open-source tool for deploying transformations in our ways of working together, in favor of improved quality of life and working conditions. To move towards the emergence of a supportive professional community and the sustainability of the sector itself.
