In 2015, André Lepecki (DOCH), Gabriel Smeets (Cullberg), and Danjel Andersson (MDT) organized a conference at the MDT in Stockholm with the aim of sparking a debate on contemporary practices in the field of dance, titled “POST-DANCE: Beyond the Kinesthetic Experience and Back.” In 2017, Mette Edvardsen, Mårten Spångberg, and Danjel Andersson edited and published a book compiling the texts from the conference as well as new reflections on post-dance.
