Biography
Born in France in 1967, Karine Ponties trained at Mudra, Maurice Béjart's school. She has worked as a performer with several companies, notably Frédéric Flamand, Michèle Noiret, Nicole Mossoux / Patrick Bonté and Pierre Droulers. In 1995, she founded her company Dame de Pic and create performances characterised by a flair for the absurd, exploring intimacy and interlacing relationships.
