Traverser les mondes
Creators: Patrick Bonté, Nicole Mossoux, Lemuel Quiroga
Traverser les mondes reflects Nicole Mossoux and Patrick Bonté's extensive travels and their ongoing search for languages that metaphorize our relationship with others and with history. The texts, written alternately by one or the other, originate from a travel anecdote or a particular connection to a place, people, or event. They then open up a reflection on the nature and meaning of creation, the notion of the state of play, the idea of the figure and the significance of death on stage, work on the image, the link between theater and dance, transmission, the creation of a language as a condition for sensitive sharing, friction with other cultures, and the diversity of audiences and the reception of performances. But perhaps, in the end, it is simply a journey through inner worlds where spectators and creators come together in an imaginary voyage and the enigma of presence?
