InContri
Creators: Erika Zueneli, Ludwig Van Beethoven
Everything here is absurd and out of place: the playful nature of the face-to-face encounter allows us to reveal its violence with a smile. In this space, games and stakes, mimicry and ulterior motives circulate and bounce back and forth. Power dynamics—one step forward, one step back—shape the rules of a strange kind of closeness. It is the invisible and essential nature of human relationships that is revealed through a few gestures, in a universal language. Recorded at Micadanses in October 2010
