Angela Rabaglio

Biography

Born in Zurich in 1990, Angela Rabaglio is a freelance choreographer and dancer living in Brussels. She studied dance at the Amsterdamse Hoogeschhool voor de Kunsten and graduated in 2013. She works as a dancer with the company Alias and Jasmine Morand in Switzerland and with Serge Aimé Coulibaly in Belgium. Thanks to numerous dance training courses as well as other influences (martial arts, climbing, Dabké, yoga) she is developing her own physical practice and seeking to combine new and old traditions. In 2017, she met Micaël Florentz and founded the Tumbleweed company with him.Their collaboration is mainly the result of an encounter between two very different artistic backgrounds. Through constant dialogue, inspired by their travels, by science, nature and philosophy, by an ongoing physical, technical and artistic curiosity, they have composed their own understanding of movement, body and its language.
