Biography
Dancer, choreographer and teacher Marielle Morales has lived and worked in Brussels since the early 2000s. As a performer, she danced for Pierre Droulers, Thierry de Mey, Stefan Dreher, Fré Werbrouk, Michèle Noiret, and founded the Mala Hierba company in 2004. Passionate about the arts, literature and neuroscience, her work lies at the intersection of movement, theatricality and plasticity. She frequently collaborates with artists from other disciplines. Together they create atmospheric pieces in which the body is revealed as a plastic and energetic material.
