A long scenic film, dance-cinema for five dancers and a cameraman, Hors-champ pushes the limits of ambiguity between reality and fiction. The work, at the crossroads of genres, develops a scenic and cinematographic writing that allows the two mediums to merge and to salute each other. Immersed in sound compositions, filmed by a camera that circulates in hidden corners, unsuspected by the audience, five dancers evolve in a mobile, labyrinthine scenography that evokes a movie set. The piece builds a fictional universe where the tracks are voluntarily blurred, where the private space merges with the public space. The work is based on an aesthetic reference of the thriller (mystery, anguish, violence).
